Following are the some of the known issues
|

The preferred codeable value for few of item fields not implemented. It works for
most of the fields now. So just because a field doesnt show a preferred codeable
value in the create page does not mean that the field really doesnt have one.
|
|
|
While creating an item if IsPersonal is set to true, an error occurs. We are investigating
it.
|
|
|
Create for LabTestResults does not work
